This is a process that has been going on around the world for centuries, and it belongs to you, too.

Our smaller kit includes enough to create one vat, and dye around 6 pounds of fiber to various shades.

Our larger kit includes enough to create two vats, or to revive one, as needed, for several uses.

Kit includes high quality indigo powder, 2T calcium hydroxide base, and 2T thiourea dioxide reducer.

In addition to these ingredients, you will need a 1 quart glass jar, a large pot or bucket, sticks and/or tongs for stirring, and a cup of white vinegar.

Calcium hydroxide (lye) is a natural, but highly alkaline material, which causes burns if touched before being added to liquid. Add this element away from children.
